Our Care Team

Jori Carnithan APA NP (She/Her)

After almost two decades between emergency rooms, pediatrics, and even helicopter response, Jori started her own practice where healthcare is simple. She founded Complete Medical Recovery with the vision of patients walking away from the doctor’s office genuinely feeling heard, understood, and effectively treated. When she’s not in the office, Jori can be found in the CrossFit or powerlifting gym, or at home with her family and two dogs.

Jori received her RN from Joliet Junior College in 2004, her BSN from Benedictine University in 2008, and her MSN from University of Southern Indiana in 2012.

Kelsey Jimenez APA NP (She/Her)

With over a decade of inpatient and outpatient care experience, Kelsey has provided care for her patients in a variety of settings. As a nurse she has worked in a skilled nursing care facility and progressed to taking the lead on a medical surgical unit at Delnor Hospital in Geneva, IL before becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner. Kelsey has spent the last 6 years treating patients within a family medical practice. Focusing on integrative and holistic health is a passion of hers, and she is so excited to meet you! When not at work, she enjoys cooking for her friends and family, exercising or snuggling up with her two children, and cat Rizzo.

Kelsey received her BSN from Aurora University in 2013 and her MSN from
Chamberlain University in 2017.

Mandie Kolarik BSN, RN (She/Her)

Before coming to work at CMR, Mandie has been a nurse for 18 years. She worked at the hospital in the medical-surgery unit and then moved to ambulatory surgery. Prior to nursing, she studied microbiology and uses that to continue her education and understanding of the gut microbiome. Outside of work, Mandie likes spending time outdoors with her husband and two children and playing flute in the local community orchestra.

Mandie received her B.S. in Microbiology from Northern Illinois University in 2000, her ADN from Waubonsee Community College in 2005, and her BSN from Aurora University in 2008.

Randi Taylor BSN, RN (She/Her)

Prior to CMR, Randi spent most of her career working with cancer patients doing chemotherapy infusions. During this time she was able to practice and perfect her IV skills. Working in oncology was extremely rewarding, however, it became frustrating watching patients struggle to navigate the traditional medical system. Randi joined the CMR team with a passion for the integrative approach, and helping patients live their happiest and healthiest lives. When she is not providing our patients with IV infusions or semaglutide, she can be found enjoying the outdoors with her family or listening to live music.

Randi received her ADN from Waubonsee Community College in 2014, and her BSN from Chamberlain College of Nursing in 2016.

Arlene Hernandez MA/Clinic Manager (She/Her)

After working in primary care for almost a decade, Arlene joined CMR passionate to join the world of holistic and integrative medicine. She loves learning new things every day, meeting new people, and giving them the help they need. If she’s not in the office, she either has her nose in a book, or is playing outside with her daughter.

Arlene received her AAS from Rasmussen College in 2012.
